Third Party Fundraisers

Hope for Autumn Foundation is grateful to the many individuals and organizations that host their own fundraisers benefiting our foundation. We appreciate the support and encourage others to support these events.

If you are interested in hosting your own event, please review the Third Party Fundraisers guidelines and application below then submit before promoting your event.

-For communication and promotion of the event:
The event organizer is responsible for all communications and promotion of the event.
All promotional materials must be approved by HFAF before distribution.
HFAF will add the event to our online calendar, but cannot guarantee any social media promotion or email to our families, volunteers, or boards.
HFAF will not provide any solicitation lists.

-HFAF will be happy to provide the following:
Advice and expertise on event planning.
HFAF materials, such as flyers or promotional materials, if available.
Attendance of a HFAF representative, when appropriate and available.
Tax receipts for any donations given directly to HFAF.

-HFAF cannot provide funding or reimbursement for event expenses.
-HFAF cannot guarantee attendees or donations (monetary or in-kind).
-HFAF is not responsible for any license, permits, insurance, legal or financial liability, property damage, or personal injury at the event.
